Amazon has announced plans to launch its first Project Kuiper satellites in 2024, aiming to provide global broadband internet coverage. Project Kuiper will deploy a constellation of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites to deliver high-speed internet to underserved regions worldwide. This initiative is set to compete with SpaceX’s Starlink, promising affordable and reliable internet access. Amazon is investing heavily in the project, with an expected initial launch of over 3,000 satellites.
